Free Talk, Listen, Connect (TLC) Sessions for Carers
Are you a carer looking for space to pause, connect, and build practical skills for your own wellbeing? Princess Alice Hospice is offering free, skills focused TLC wellbeing sessions in Walton.
These sessions support carers to:
- build confidence in supportive listening and compassionate communication
- strengthen personal wellbeing
- reduce isolation and connect with others who understand
Especially for:
- working age carers
- carers providing high levels of care
- carers supporting someone with mental health needs
- carers experiencing isolation or financial pressures
- low paid care workers who also have caring responsibilities
Session details:
- Xcel Leisure Complex (Sports Hub) – 5 May, from 10:30am to 12:30pm
