Are you finding it difficult to book appointments online, or struggling to view your test results on the NHS App? You’re not alone – we’re here to help!
Join us at our first Digital Drop-In Clinic, where Fort House staff and members of our Patient Participation Group (PPG) will be on hand to do their best to support you. This is a friendly, relaxed session where we’ll help you with using online services like booking appointments via our practice website, or navigating the NHS App.
Please note: accounts must already be set up before attending.

Time: 10:00am – 12:00pm
Where: Fort House Surgery
Just pop in – no need to book! Please bring your smartphone or tablet with you.
