- Explore and build awareness on factors which influence pain
- Learn practical strategies to manage pain
- Build understanding on how physical activity can influence pain levels
- Manage unhelpful thoughts and beliefs associated with persistent pain
- Learn how to live confidently and assertively whilst managing persistent pain
- Make realistic changes to get back to doing the things you enjoy and live a valued life
