Free workouts for men – whatever your fitness:
Open to all men over 18
Outside with nature, whatever the weather
Finish workouts with free coffee, comradeship and chat
Where: Meet at Cowey Sale Carpark early morning to be done before work/school run.

The Lucy Rayner Foundation – Men’s Mental Health Groups
Offers both in-person and online support groups for men.
Face-to-face meetings: 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month.
Zoom meetings: Thursdays, 7–8 PM (Meeting ID: 870 0163 5558).

Andy’s Man Club
ANDYSMANCLUB are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free to attend peer-to-peer support groups across the UK and online. They want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. #ITSOKAYTOTALK

Weybridge Men’s Shed
Purpose: A community space where men can come together to work on practical projects (like woodworking), share skills, and enjoy conversation and camaraderie.
Atmosphere: Friendly, informal, and welcoming—no skills required, and you can just drop in for a chat and a cuppa.
Sessions: Open three afternoons a week – Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:30 PM

Mary Frances Trust – Men’s Peer Support Group
What: A peer-led group for men to share experiences and support each other.
When: 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, 8–9:30 PM (online)
Where: Online but other groups based in Surrey, including Elmbridge. MFT also offer wellbeing activities, groups and courses every weekday throughout the year (except bank holidays) in Mid Surrey.

MenWalkTalk – Walking Groups for Men
What: A charity that organises informal walks where men can talk and connect.
Where: Various locations across Surrey and the UK.
