Please use our online form to submit a blood pressure reading to us. This may be one you have done yourself at home, or one that has been requested by a member of the team.
We also have our Health Pod at the surgery which you are welcome to use at any time during opening hours. A member of the administrative team would be happy to help you should you need it.
The Health Pod can also do your height and weight.
This data is put straight in to your medical records at the surgery, and will be reviewed as necessary by a member of the clinical team. This information will also be available to the clinical team prior to any appointment or medication review
