Erin Koczian

Erin graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast in 2012. Following this, she worked in Stroke and Elderly care at Kingston Hospital for 11 years, most recently managing the Acute Stroke unit. Alongside Stroke and Elderly Care, Erin’s other special interests have included palliative and holistic care.

In June 2023, Erin transitioned to primary care and joined Fort House Surgery as a Practice Nurse.

Outside of work Erin enjoys quality time with her two young children, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
