Stay safe and healthy abroad

If you are planning a trip outside the UK please visit Fit for Travel NHS website for further information on vaccinations required:

https://www.fitfortravel.nhs.uk/

The NHS is only able to provide specific vaccinations to its NHS patients for travel. These include:

Cholera
Hepatitis A
Typhoid
Polio
Diptheria, Tetanus and Polio (Revaxis)

You must request travel advice at least 8 weeks before your departure date. This is because some vaccines need to be given in advance to let your body develop immunity, or may involve a number of doses over weeks or months.

If you require additional vaccinations not available on the NHS, please visit a private travel clinic.
