Carers Week 2026 takes place from 8-14 June, and this year’s theme is Building Carer Friendly Communities. To mark the occasion, the Fort House Wellbeing Team would like to invite all carers to our next group meeting:
When? Wednesday 10th June
Time? 12 – 2pm
Where? Fort House Surgery
These meetings are a space to take a break, meet others who understand, and share ideas with like-minded people. This month we are delighted to welcome guest speaker Katie, who will be talking about and demonstrating breathwork and yoga for stress and anxiety.
Our Wellbeing Team will also be on hand to provide refreshments, and to answer any questions you might have about carer support. We look forward to seeing you there!
